We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and driven individual to join our team as the Fellowship Root Program Coordinator.

• Preferably has experience working in acceleration programs or within a social enterprise.
• A background in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Pays attention to detail and has a keen eye for identifying opportunities.
• Excels at follow-up, data collection, and organization.
• Has a strong community-building spirit and enjoys bringing people together.
• Demonstrates full commitment to the vision and mission of BuildPalestine.
• Is fun, agile, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Has excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Shows initiative and is proactive in driving tasks and projects forward.
• Is located in Ramallah

Key Responsibilities:
As the Program Coordinator, you will:

• Develop and manage the fellowship Root program schedule, including setting timelines, organizing and moderating meetings, and ensuring the timely delivery of program milestones.
• Support in providing guidance, resources, and tailored support to address participants’ needs. Facilitate mentorship connections, resolve challenges, and ensure participants are equipped to achieve their goals.
• Develop and execute detailed work plans with the team, ensuring timely progress.
• Support monitoring and evaluation efforts to measure program impact and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Programs Manager to implement a results-driven approach.
• Plan, manage, and lead monthly public events that promote social innovation and engage the local community.
• Assist in leading the continuous support provided to BuildPalestine programs’ alumni.
