Iyad is based in The San Francisco Bay Area. He is the HR & Coach in Residence with Localized, focusing on a simple but clear mission: Connecting talents to meaningful opportunities. Iyad led global Learning & Development, HR, and Recruiting functions at three multibillion-dollar startups. Before, he coached and managed career services programs at world-class institutions including Stanford, Purdue, and the United Nations. He is a certified coach trusted by Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, executives, and leaders. Iyad earned his MS in HR from Purdue as a Fulbright scholar, and currently completing his doctorate at the University of San Francisco. His research focuses on the overlap of intersectionality, meaningful work, and hyper-growth startups.
