Khuloud Odeh

As the newly appointed Global Director of digital services, Khuloud brings a unique blend of education, IT organization leadership, change stewardship, and a deep understanding of global and local sustainability challenges. She brings 18 years in executive IT leadership roles in national and international organizations, including VP, Technology and Data Science and CIO at the Urban Institute. She has also worked extensively on the technical aspects of program impact assessment, M&E, and performance reporting systems. Khuloud holds a Ph.D. in IT and Engineering from George Mason University (USA); a Master’s in sustainability from Blekinge Institute of Technology (Sweden); MSc in computer science from American University (USA), and BSc in Computer Science from Jordanian University (Jordan)
