Sama Fayez Aweidah

Currently I’m the director of the Women’s Studies Centre (WSC) a Palestinian NGO based in East Jerusalem. I was one of the founders of the Palestinian Federation of Women’s Action Committees (a Palestinian grass-roots organization established in 1989). Elected three times (1995, 1998, and 2002) as the general coordinator of AISHA – The Arab Women’s Forum (a network between Arab women’s feminist organizations from 8 Arab Countries that was established in 1994). Steering committee member at PNGO since 2008.
