Zad al-Ghad was founded by Amani Abed, a software engineer and startup founder who secured financing from Google and the World Bank for an EdTech platform for university students in Saudi Arabia. Amani pivoted her startup and its resources into founding Zad al-Ghad to rebuild Gaza’s future through education.
