As headlines announce that the “genocide has ended,” the reality on the ground tells a very different story. In Gaza, the suffering continues, and the so-called ceasefire is far from a real end to violence. And in the West Bank, daily life remains crushed under more than 560 checkpoints, constant movement restrictions, economic strangulation, home demolitions, and escalating settler and military violence. Yet as Palestine fades from the news cycle, many people are returning to their regular shopping habits, often supporting global brands that are indirectly complicit in the military occupation of Palestine. This end-of-year season, we must pause and consider the power of our wallets and the impact of where we spend our money.

Here is the power you hold:

The global boycott is no longer symbolic — it is reshaping the world’s biggest brands. According to Anadolu Agency, 2025, companies like McDonald’s, Starbucks, Coca-Cola, Nike, and Zara have reported major sales declines, with some posting their first losses in decades due to boycott pressure. McDonald’s alone recorded its first global sales drop in four years.

Regular people, through their everyday spending choices, are causing real financial losses to major corporations implicated in supporting the occupation actions, proving that economic pressure is one of the most powerful tools of solidarity with Palestinians.

This is the proof that consumer action works. Each purchase becomes a statement, a stance, and a form of resistance.

Instead of supporting companies whose profits support militarization, occupation, or apartheid, we can channel our money toward Palestinian brands that embody culture, ethics, and social impact. These brands empower local communities, preserve heritage, and support artisans, women, and farmers across Palestine. Each purchase becomes an act of solidarity, a way to reclaim agency in a world where so much feels out of our control.

We’ve curated this list to make it easy for you to shop mindfully and celebrate the season with purpose.

Palestinian Fashion & Ethical Clothing

Photos by: Nol Collective

Nöl Collective is a globally recognized Palestinian fashion label that collaborates with local artisans and women’s cooperatives. Their designs incorporate Palestinian textiles and embroidery while emphasizing slow fashion and ethical practices. Every piece reflects identity, craft, and resilience, turning clothing into both storytelling and resistance.

Kuvrd: founded in 2018, merges Arab heritage with contemporary streetwear inspired by family textile traditions dating back to 1950s Palestine. Their collections honor the artisans behind every stitch, supporting refugee and marginalized communities through fair, meaningful employment. By weaving culture into fashion, KUVRD keeps identity alive while building a more inclusive and empowered future.

In Gaza, Meera Adnan’s contemporary fashion label blends political memory, religious iconography, and hand-embroidered details to reclaim Palestinian narratives through fashion. Meera’s structured silhouettes and poetic designs are not only visually stunning but deeply meaningful, connecting wearers to the cultural and historical context of Palestine.

Dar Noora, designed by Noora Khalifeh, tells stories of Jerusalem’s Old City through clothing. Drawing inspiration from the city’s markets, colors, and rhythms, her pieces merge traditional Palestinian embroidery with contemporary fashion, creating wearable narratives that capture both history and modern identity.

Sunbula, founded during the First Intifada, is a Jerusalem-based fair trade organization empowering marginalized communities through traditional crafts. Partnering with women’s cooperatives and refugee artisans, Sunbula preserves cultural heritage while creating sustainable livelihoods.

Watan, based in Chicago and Amman, began as a cultural platform for exploring Palestinian heritage, born from the frustration of seeing Palestinian history told through foreign lenses. Over the years, Watan has evolved into a hub for workshops, lectures, and community-building. Through Hebron and Armenian ceramics, Watan nurtures a grounded sense of identity and collective liberation.

Darzah, operating in Al-Khalil/Hebron, produces 100% handmade shoes, bags, and embroidered pieces. Each purchase supports artisan salaries, job training, and women’s economic empowerment, while preserving centuries-old tatreez embroidery traditions. Darzah’s products are not just accessories—they are vessels of cultural preservation and social impact.

Bethlehem Fair Trade Artisans (BFTA) connects over 60 artisan groups across the West Bank and Gaza to global fair-trade markets. Specializing in handcrafted home décor and gifts, BFTA preserves traditions such as olive wood carving, ceramics, embroidery, blown glass, and keffiyeh textiles. Through fair wages and ethical production, they create sustainable livelihoods while safeguarding Palestinian cultural heritage.

Tatreez Collective keeps the art of Palestinian embroidery alive through workshops, cultural collaborations, and handcrafted tatreez pieces. Working with skilled craftswomen, the Collective provides economic opportunities while sharing this heritage with global audiences. Their work ensures that tatreez remains a living tradition passed from one generation to the next.

Handmade Palestine, based in Ramallah, partners with over 20 artisan groups to preserve Palestinian craft traditions and support the women who sustain them. Through handmade textiles, jewelry, and embroidery, the initiative uplifts families across the West Bank. Each product represents cultural preservation, fair income, and the resilience of Palestinian artisans.

Palestinian Food & Community

Canaan Palestine works with small family farms across historic Palestine, preserving age-old agricultural traditions through premium, nutrient-dense foods. From olive oil to za’atar, each product reflects the land, the climate, and the hands that cultivate it. By supporting regenerative farming and fair partnerships, Canaan strengthens rural communities while sharing authentic Palestinian flavors with the world.

Huwa (Palestinian Olive Oil) hails from Aqraba, where families have nurtured olive trees for generations. Their oil is organic, rain-fed, and harvested with traditional methods. By paying farmers up to three times more than large-scale competitors, Huwa ensures that local communities thrive and centuries-old agricultural practices continue.

Al’Ard partners with farmers, cooperatives, and local producers to elevate traditional Palestinian food products to global standards. Their work strengthens economic resilience by creating stable markets, improving quality, and protecting agricultural heritage. Each purchase supports dignified livelihoods and reinforces the vitality of Palestinian farming communities.

AIDA products are private label olive oil and other products whose proceeds go entirely to fund the projects of Playgrounds for Palestine.  Their primary projects currently are supporting two schools in Gaza.

YA ALBI is a celebration of olive oil as a living link to Palestine. Each bottle tells a story, a tradition. Every pour is a daily remembrance of a cherished homeland, and more importantly an active act of Palestinian resistance. It’s Palestinian olive oil made and distributed the way it should be. Produced in the West Bank, we take pride in supporting Palestinian farmers who are paid premium wages. Founded by a San Francisco and Los Angeles-based Palestinian mother-and-daughter duo whose family was uprooted from Palestine in 1969, YA ALBI is clear in its mission: we exist to offer the Palestinian diaspora a connection back to their homeland. It’s personal.

Palestinian Contemporary Art & Design

Blooz blends heritage and creativity, producing hand-drawn pieces that merge Palestinian cultural symbols with modern design. The brand donates 10% of profits to PCRF, reinvesting the remainder to expand materials and impact. Each piece sparks conversation, allowing wearers to showcase culture with pride while supporting meaningful initiatives.

Why This Matters

During a time when Palestinian lives and culture are under attack, every purchase is an opportunity to stand in solidarity. Boycotts are more than symbolic; they are tangible acts of resistance. Choosing Palestinian brands ensures that your money empowers artisans, farmers, and communities rather than funding violence and occupation.

This holiday season, make your Secret Santa Palestinian! Whether it’s a gift for a loved one, a friend, or even yourself, choosing Palestinian brands turns your holiday giving into an act of love, heritage, resistance, and impact.
